1. All Rates are in U.A.E. Dirham (AED) per person.

2. Rates are based on Dubai- Dubai transfers only.
 

3. Reservation required LPO/exchange voucher for reservation.
 

4. Payment can be made on case to case basis until unless credit facility approved.
 

5. Full payment for the group booking should be made before 24 hours.
 

6. No cancellation charges will be applied if cancellation made before 48 hours.
 

7. Full payment of the tour is refundable if canceled before 48 hours.

 

8. No refund is made for cancellations 12 hours prior to departure.

 

9. Half –Day tours are all without meals unless stated in the itinerary.

 

10. Seating on all tours can not be reserved.

 

11. All vehicles are fully insured including passengers & drivers.

 

12. Passengers are required to wear seat belts during the tour.

 

13. OASIS PALM TOURISM will not be responsible for any

 disturbance in the trip due to circumstances beyond our control such as road blocks, vehicle malfunction & other conditions like disaster, war, riot, sickness etc.

 

14. Photography of military & some government installations is not permitted.

 

15. It is not permitted to photograph local ladies. Permission is required to photograph local residents.

 

16. Since our safari tours include off- road driving we can not have pregnant ladies. Children below 4 years are under parent’s responsibility. These tours are not recommended for those with back or heart problems.

 

17. Child rates apply only for ages 3 to 9 years. For tours, under 4 years are free of charge.

 

18. Smoking is prohibited on board the vehicles.
